I don’t know if I am the only one, but I can remember riding down the road with the windows down as a kid holding my arms out of the window & loving the way the wind felt on my hand… I still love that! I love watching Blake’s little hand out the back window as he carries on the tradition of that.. hehe

I can’t believe my baby just turned 14!!!!! It seems like yesterday when I would rock her to sleep every night & sing to her… Now she sings to me (although, her songs are little different than mine – what happened to the good ol’ 80′s music.. haha) I am so proud of her & the beautiful girl she is turning into (inside & out) .. Let’s not forget that she is a teenager so with that comes lots of trials but in the end, she is still my little kaka that changed my life, for good, forever…

So Brice came home a couple weeks ago & wanted to get some sponsors for a fundraiser at school.. He asked me to sponsor him because he needed the money really bad.. It is nasty outside today.. On the way to school this morning we were singing “Every move I make”.. on the nah, nah, nahnahnahnah part we always throw our hands in the air (& wave em like we just don’t care..hehe).. Then Blake goes, “oh look momma, the windshield wipers are praising Jesus too!”
I thought that was pretty stinkin’ cool! That is a great reminder to all of us that if we don’t praise Jesus, the rocks (& windshield wipers) will do it instead! Come on people! We can’t just stand by & let the windshield wipers praise for us Praise Jesus even if you don’t feel like it.. be thankful for everything He has done for us -He let us wake up this morning out of the rain!!! (& I also thank God for hair spray & make-up.. hehe maybe my co-workers thank God for that too!! hahahah) Here is the song if you wanna listen

Chris celebrated his 36th birthday on April 20th! Yah! My family met us there to help celebrate… If you have never been to Sumo’s, you MUST go!! It is sooo fun! They made Chris wear a Sumo cap & sang happy birthday in Japanese.. it was too cool! LOVE the volcano onion trick..!

We surprised the boys on their spring break & took them to the swamp! We got down to Gainesville in time to see the team practice on Friday & then were there all day Saturday for the practice game… It was like Christmas morning for Chris & the boys! They had a blast… When we got back home to look at the pictures, Chris asked “Honey, why are there sooo many pictures of Tim Tebow”?? Well duh! I had the camera!!!!
One of my favorite parts of the trip was at the swimming pool though. Chris was trying to teach himself to swim cuz there wasnt anybody around.. He was doing really good to be so scared of the water… But then the kids giggle & Brice says ” Daddy! You look like a blow fish” 
…. I really tried not to laugh.. hahahaha

As you all know, the only golf I have ever played is putt-putt! Well, this past weekend I was a part of a golf tournament (as a fund raiser for our kids at church). It was hilarious!!! Needless to say, I don’t think the people who asked me to play with them will ask me again next year!!! haha .. I did get to drive a golf cart a few times though… So if anybody needs a quick pick me up, invite me to show you my golf swing! It is VERY entertaining!
